Terms and Conditions

 

 All consultations, workshop and courses fees are payable in full at the time of booking.

For consultations, please be aware that no refund can be given should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. The agreed appointment is your allocated time. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a refund less a 20% administration fee. Should I for any reason need to cancel an appointment, I will offer to transfer your consultation to a different time or provide a full refund.  

For workshops and courses, no refund can be given with less than 7 days' notice of your cancellation. If you cancel with more than 7 days' notice, you will receive a refund less 20% administration fee.  

I am happy to record psychic readings, on cassette tape or mp3 file, however I do not guarantee against technical failures. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own recording device such as a dictaphone or mobile phone, to your individual psychic consultation. 

 

 

Payment

 

 

My preferred method of payment is by Bacs transfer, as it is safe and fast. Please give me a call and I will give you my bank details.

I also accept cheques payable to Samantha Forrest. Please allow extra time for postage.
